Natural stone production is a complex and meticulous process that requires high expertise. From the moment stone is extracted from inside earth, it requires technology, knowledge, expertise in the journey of transforming raw block with any natural characteristics that are hidden inside to the best possible version of final product with respect and appreciation towards natural stone beauty and the mother earth as well. At Crown Jewel we provide all necessary skills to be able to perfect marble and all natural stones; skilful people, modern technology, global network and strong commitment to offer outstanding experience.
Gangsaw
Natural stone is extracted from quarries in shape of a block weighing between 10 and 25 tons. After extraction blocks are transported to our processing plant, where they will be cut into slabs. Our diamond multi-blade Gang Saw is a state-of-the-art machine that crafts cuts of high precision, unveiling the hidden beauty within every block.

From gangsaw slabs have unpolished, rough surface. Next step before polishing is for resin to be applied on their surface. Resin treatment fills any natural pores or limited cracks in the marble, strengthening the slab and providing a flawless finish. In this way even limited cracks are no longer a threat to the marble strength and longevity.

Moving on to final stage of standard production where marble is being tailor cut to project sizes. The scope of this stage can include cut to size pieces in various sizes, tiles, countertops, steps, thresholds or customized production that requires high-end technology. It is optional that after cut to size production and before packing, all pieces are laid on dedicated floor to dry and go through dry lay inspection and quality assurance procedure as per project standards.
